Our Roofing and Wall Panel section have advanced machines for the manufacturing of Single Skin Profiles, Curves, Ridges, Gutters, Flashing, etc., in Aluminium, Pre-Galvanized Steel and Pre-Painted G.I. material, as per the customer requirement. We are equipped with Sandwich Panel manufacturing machine to make panels up to a length of 12.0 meters. We manufacture 35/200 profile and 45/250 profile in single skin and also in sandwich panels, to meet various project requirements. Our Sandwich panel insulation is of 50mm thickness, which will be either PU (Polyurethane ) or PIR (Polyisocyanurate) as per project requirement. Our machine is capable of manufacturing Flat type Wall Panels with 50 mm thick PU or PIR insulation. All our panels have Dubai Civil Defence Approval, which is very essential in the UAE. Our Cold Roll Forming machine can make both Z and C purlins, in various sizes and thickness, as per the project requirement.
